Recall notice that killed my car is going to take months to get fixed. I have a 2022 Kia EV6 and up to this point, I have loved the car. There was a recall notice that came in November of 2024 to fix the ICUU. If this part dies (which mine did) the vehicle is rendered undriveable. They have had my car for over a month since it died and there is NO timeline for fixing it. They cannot even give me a loaner and can give no reasonable answer as to why. Stay away from this place because they are terrible.

My wife and I bought a used 2019 KIA Sorento and worked with Simon and it was a great experience. Within 6 months ,we started having electrical issues that kept killing the battery. Bought brand new kia forte in April 2019. Seats emitting fine particles, dash, door panels, seats, etc full of white, fine particles. Went to Kia, they looked at it. I bought the car the first week or two of 2023. In February, the battery died and Carolina Kia wouldn't give me a new battery, they just charged the one that came with the car. When I was talking to the service person (Mark Walters) on the phone to see I could get a new battery and I had also told them about five other things that needed fixing, he hung up on me. Carolina Kia of High Point is a fantastic dealership. They have honest pricing that matches their website, no additional add ons nor "market adjustments" and are negotiable. If you are searching for a great dealership and a wonderful salesman, look no further than Carolina Kia and Lindsay Laws. Lindsay will definitely take great care of you! Oh, and very quick. Go see Roderick of Carolina Kia. This guy is awesome when it comes to selling cars. Went with intentions to trade 2 months before I traded. He remembered who I was and what we discussed. My Van was delivered to Carolina Kia of High Point North Carolina June 27 2022. my insurance adjuster approved the work on 29 June 2022. It was Two weeks before they checked it out to find problems. The insurance company approved the work to be done and paid them. I have called several times and never got a return call yet today is August 15, 2022 this is day 50 still waiting on a call! Took my car in for a recall. It was repaired in a short period of time. Mr. Moose was very helpful and courteous. After I left, a light was on the dash so took the car back. It was a completely different problem. Mr. Moose contacted Kia and saved me money on the repair. I highly recommend Carolina Kia. They do all my service on my Sorento, wouldn’t trust anyone else.

After being told by Jason at Kia on 3/28 that Carolina Kia was ordering two wheels and possibly four for my car, I called Eric Derby the Service Manager on 4/4 to see if my wheels had arrived. Mr. Derby told me that the wheels had not been ordered and that "we, as a dealer, had decided to step away from this" and "to not get involved in this particular claim". after i spent 5 hours to buy a car, no one told me about the oil change packages i could buy. I called several times to find out information. i called kia of america ,she caleed several times with no response. Finally she called district manager and she finally got a call back. I still have not gotten a call to this day.A friend was buying a kia for his brother took pics of mine. I told him to go to another dealership and he went to battleground and bought one.

We went there to buy a Kia Sorento after agreeing to a price over the phone. All was good until we were signing paperwork when they just tried to slip past us that the price of the car was $500.00 more then what we agreed upon. Firstly, I bought my KIA new from them in 2005 and have had it most of all it's major service done here. They did three timing belts at required interval and all the oil changes since I bought the car new. I have never had a problem with the staff, or the quality of work performed. I recommend this dealership.
